The asterisk denotes certain clubs participating in the Basketball Champions League Qualifiers.

Should any of those clubs qualify for the Basketball Champions League Regular Season, then their position will be filled in the FIBA Europe Cup Regular Season by a “lucky loser” from the FIBA Europe Cup Qualifiers. They will be ranked according to the FIBA Europe Cup Regulations.
