Panathinaikos officially announced the teams that will participate in the second “Pavlos Giannakopoulos” Tournament in September (21-22).
Aside from the “Greens”, Maccabi Tel-Aviv, Fenerbahce and Armani Milano will take part in the tournament.
The tournament is held in the memory of the late Pavlos Giannakopoulos, the legendary former owner and president of the club.
During the tournament, a banner in the memory of the late Thanasis Giannakopoulos, Pavlos’ brother, will be unveiled in the arena.
Thanasis Giannakopoulos had been co-owner and co-president of Panathinaikos at the side of his brother.
