Acropolis Tournament: Greece and Serbia grab wins

ImageSecond day of the Acropolis international tournament with Greece continuing unbeaten after they beat Russia in a close game. Serbia managed to surprise Lithuania and grab a win that only few expected.

Serbia is obviously stronger than most people expected as they took the lead from the beginning of the game against Lithuania never to lose it untill the end. Lithuania has problems in the playmaker position as Mazutis and Kalnietis don't seem to be enough running the point causing problems in the rotation of the team. Final score 78-70

In the second game Greece prevailed over Russia 71-63 without however reaching high levels of performance as most bench players saw big minutes. Russia is still struggling on the backcourt
