Rudy Gobert talked about his goal with the national team of France in the 2019 Basketball World Cup.
Here is what the 27-year-old center said in an interview with FIBA:
“You don’t go out there just to play. You are going out there to try and win the highest reward.
It’s always been a dream to win either the Olympic gold medal or the World Cup. It’s always been a dream. It still is! We know it’s hard, but that’s our goal, that’s what we want to aim for.”
France will face Germany, the Dominican Republic and Jordan.
