According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, the Toronto Raptors have agreed to sign point guard Cameron Payne to a two-year deal. Payne will get a partial guarantee in the first season.
This past season, the 24-year-old averaged 6.3 points, 1.8 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game.
