Unicaja Malaga introduced Serbian player Aleksa Avramović, who signed a two-year contract with the Spanish club earlier this summer.

The former guard of Openjobmetis Varese came to Spain for his presentation as the new player of the club, which will compete in the EuroCup in the 2019/20 season, with his teammate from the national team Dragan Milosavljević (who renewed his contract with Unicaja Malaga this summer).

“I am ready to continue with my progress in the club with a such an excellent organization and that has a big history. I am very happy that Unicaja Malaga contacted me. Dragan Milosavljević already told me everything about the city and the club, so I am very thrilled to be here,” said Avramović during his introduction.

This summer Aleksa Avramović is on the preliminary list of the Serbian national team for the World Cup in China and he will start preparations in the upcoming week.

“It will be hard to win a place in the team because there are a lot of players on my position who will fight for the same place, but I trust myself. I will give my best to be part of the team for the World Cup in China,” said the new Unicaja Malaga player during his presentation.
