Per Emiliano Carchia, Alex Tyus will leave Maccabi Tel-Aviv and will sign a lucrative contract (more than $1M) with UNICS Kazan.
Tyus and Maccabi were in talks for a contract renewal, yet the two sides did not reach an agreement and the American center is expected to join the Russian club.
The experienced big man averaged 7.6 points and 4.5 rebounds in the 2018/19 EuroLeague.
