In Group A, USA and New Zealand beat Lithuania (84-102) and Senegal (66-64), respectively.
In Group C, Argentina earned its second victory in the competition (72-77 vs the Philippines), while Russia beat hosts Greece (83-75).
In Group D, France dominated China (119-56) and Serbia survived Puerto Rico (75-74).
