According to Marc Stein of the New York Times, the Los Angeles Lakers officials are pushing to get a meeting with the Philadelphia 76ers free agent swingman Jimmy Butler. The Lakers remain focused on pairing LeBron James and Anthony Davis with a third star.
This past season, the 29-year-old averaged 18.2 points, 5.3 rebounds, 1.8 steals and 4.0 assists per game.
