The Nets reportedly extended a qualifying offer to D’Angelo Russell

The Brooklyn Nets have extended a qualifying offer to point agent D’Angelo Russell, according to Shams Chararnia of The Athletic. By extending the qualifying offer, Russell becomes a restricted free agent.

Last season, the 23-year-old averaged 21.1 points, 3.9 rebounds and 7.0 assists per game
