Rytas Vilnius hope that their youngster Deividas Sirvydis goes to the US already next season, per basketball journalist Donatas Urbonas.

The Lithuanian was picked 37th in the recent NBA draft by the Dretoit Pistons. It is up for the Pistons to decide whether they want Sirvydas on their roster right way. But his current team, Rytas Vilnius, are hoping that the 19-year-old shooting guard goes overseas while Rytas get a buyout.

Sirvydis made his Lithuanian Basketball League debut in 2017, when he was 16 years old, passing Jonas Valančiūnas as the youngest player in club history to play in the league.

Last season he averaged 5.4 points per game in EuroCup for Rytas in less than 14 minutes per game.
