The Phoenix Suns have extended qualifying offer to small forward Kelly Oubre Jr., according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN. By extending the qualifying offer, Oubre Jr. becomes a restricted free agent.
Last season, the 23-year-old averaged 15.2 points, 4.7 rebounds and 1.2 assists per game.
