Per Keith Smith, the Toronto Raptors have extended a qualifying offer to Nando De Colo, which keeps him a restricted free agent.
The Raptors have the right to match any offer made to the French guard in order to sign him or keep his rights if he signs with a European team.
The qualifying offer for De Colo is $1.8 million for next season and if the player wants, he can sign it at any time.
