The Portland Trail Blazers have reportedly agreed to a deal to send point guard Evan Turner to the Atlanta Hawks in exchange for small forward Kent Bazemore.
Last season, Turner averaged 6.8 points, 4.5 rebounds and 3.9 assists per game. Meanwhile, Bazemore – 11.6 points, 3.9 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game.
