Too much Mickeal

Cajasol Seville lost against Barcelona (67-75) with a great performance of Pete Mickeal, who scored 23 points to win the game. Ricky Rubio played a great game while Bullock and Davis were the best in the local team.

The game started cold for visiting team. Cajasol completely controlled the pace of the game, but in the second quarter Calloway had to go to the bench to a well deserved break and Barcelona took advantage of the situation. It’s was the time for Ricky to drive his team to the win. Urtasun kept their team in the game.

Anyway, the first half finished with both teams playing great defense and Barcelona winning by one point. In the second half, Pete Mickeal started to play as if in front of him was Kobe Bryant instead of a tired Tariq Kirksay. Pete scored everything and still had the time to make a great slam dunk on his way to the basket.

Louis Bullock and Paul Davis gave their best to tie the game, but in the last quarter seemed that Cajasol didn’t want to play the game. In the last six minutes of game they could only score one basket, while Barcelona just simply got a bigger advantage every time, which reached 12 points but in the end the score showed a well-worked win of the team of coach Xavi Pascual.
