CSKA Moscow dominated Nizhny Novgorod at home in Game 2 (86-66) and took a commanding 2-0 lead in the VTB League quarterfinals.
The Muscovites led from start to finish and never looked back. They were in front by 13 at halftime (52-39) and comfortably retained their advantage to cruise to the victory (86-66).
Daniel Hackett led the winners with 15 points, while Nando De Colo added 13. On the other hand, Anton Astapkovich had a game-high 17 points for the losing squad.
The series will now move to the home-court of Nizhny Novgorod for Game 3 on Thursday (May 9).
