Zalgiris Kaunas head coach Sarunas Jasikevicius expressed his desire to remain with the team for another season.
“You will have to kick me out from here with two legs unless something miraculous happens,” he told reporters during the post-game press conference, per Donatas Urbonas.
It is worth mentioning that Zalgiris GM Paulius Motiejunas had revealed that Jasikevicius has already started building the team for the 2019/20 season.
The Lithuanians lost to Fenerbahce on Thursday (25/04) and were eliminated from the Final Four.
