The visitors remained close until the end of the first half (45-42), but the hosts took over after that.
Not only did they take a double-digit advantage (65-52), but led by as many as 25 points to cruise to an easy victory.
Billy Baron had a game-high 19 points for the winners, while Ognjen Dobric added 12. Norris Cole was the only player that scored in double figures for the winners (12 points).
Game 2 will take place on Sunday night (14/04), with Zvezda having the home-court advantage.
