Dallas Mavericks star Dirk Nowitzki officially announced his retirement, following the end of the match between the Mavs and the Phoenix Suns.
In an emotional ceremony, Nowitzki announced that this was his final home game and will retire, after spending his entire career with Dallas (21 seasons).
The German legend has been a 14-time All-Star and a 2011 MVP and MVP Finals. He scored 30 points in his final home game.
