Following Thursday’s (04/04) results, the eight teams that secured their spot in the EuroLeague playoffs have been decided.

Panathinaikos dominated Buducnost at home (87-67) and improved its record to 16-14 to claim the sixth place.

At the same time, Baskonia lost to CSKA in Moscow (82-78), but finished seventh (15-15), thanks to the victory of Anadolu Efes against Armani Milano (101-95).

The final team that advanced to the postseason was Zalgiris Kaunas (15-15), which defeated Real Madrid on the road (86-93) for the first time in 19 years (1999/2000). This was the sixth straight win for the Lithuanians in the competition.

In the playoffs, Fenerbahce (1) will face Zalgiris Kaunas (8), CSKA Moscow (2) will battle Baskonia (7), Real Madrid (3) will play against Panathinaikos (6) and Anadolu Efes (4) will clash with Barcelona (5).

The postseason will start on Tuesday, April 16.
