Per Marc Stein of the New York Times, Team USA is interested in adding Zion Williamson to the roster for the 2019 World Cup.

According to the report, no contact has been made yet and the executives of Team USA are expected to talk with Williamson before the Draft, as the latter has to choose an agent licensed by the NBA to represent him.
Williamson is expected to be the number one in the 2019 NBA Draft.
