CSKA takes on undefeated UNICS without JR Holden

ImageCSKA Moscow will be missing their starting point guard, JR Holden for a second game in a row, this time facing undefeated UNICS in Kazan.

Holden has been struck with fever and although his temperature dropped down to 36.8 from 39.0 the medical staff of the team did not allow the player to follow the team to Tatarstan.

Team's coach Pashutin called for his players to be very careful for tomorrow's game: “UNICS kept the core which allow the team to show quality game from the beginning of the season. Loncar, Popovic, Lyday, Samoilenko and Veremeenko know each other well, the other players follow their lead, coach Chomicius is used to the same fast and aggressive style which is familiar to UNICS. To be successful we should start from defense and to follow our offensive plan very carefully.”
