Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James scored 25 points (8/25 FG), grabbed nine rebounds and handed out 14 assists in the Lakers’ 106-111 loss over the Brooklyn Nets on Friday night.

Following the loss, the Lakers (31-41) have been eliminated from playoff contention.

“But you don’t even try to wrap your head around it, you just keep pushing. Just try to get better tonight, move onto tomorrow, and go from there. Playoffs are never promised. You’ve got to come out and work. For me personally, you just continue to put the work in and see what you can do to help,” James said, per Bleacher Report.

This season, James is averaging 27.4 points, 8.5 rebounds and 8.1 assists per game.
