Baskonia took to Twitter and confirmed that Patricio Garino will not be available for the match against Panathinaikos on Wednesday (20/03).
Garino is currently dealing with a left leg injury and underwent medical tests that will show for how long he will remain out of action.
Baskonia (14-12) and Panathinaikos (13-13) are fighting for the final play-off spot.
