Olympiacos captain and leader Vassilis Spanoulis is expected to remain out of action until the end of the regular season.
The Greek guard suffered an ankle injury during the match between the “Reds” and Armani Milano on Thursday (14/03). The medical tests, though, showed that Spanoulis is dealing with a heavy sprain.
His condition will be re-evaluated next week, yet it is likely he will be sidelined until the end of the regular season (April 5).
If Olympiacos makes it to the playoffs, Spanoulis will be ready to play.
