Russian side of Triumph Lyubertsy announced the signing of American guard, Brion Rush.
The Grambline State University graduate who spent the last two seasons in France, playing for Roanne and Strasbourg, has signed for the Russian club of Triumph.
Last season he averaged 20.7 ppg, 5.1 rpg, 3.3 apg and 2.2 spg in the French League.Rush made some statements about his transfer:
"I am very satisfied. This will be my first career stop in Russia and I am looking forward to it. I liked the arena a lot. Both the court and the locker rooms are of the highest standard. I met my teammates and the coaching staff, truth to be told I did not know any of the guys from before. Nevertheless I'm sure I will not have any problems communicating as most of the players have the same age as me."
