Most Greek clubs are now in the August heat, trying to complete their rosters for the new seasons and quite some transfers have been made in the past few days.
Starting from the top, Olympiacos signed Von Wafer and Linas Kleiza. Continuing down the league table now where Panellinios snatched Devon Smith who spent last season with Fenerbahce Ulker.
Panionios signed the Sweden-born Greek forward Haritopoulos from Trikala while Kavala made their 7th and 8th summer signings with the American duo of Richard Shields and Lorenzo Wade.
In the meantime Aris signed Orlando Magic's Jeremy Richardson to replace Greek international guard Demetris Tsaldaris and have also added NBA veteran Ira Newble. Also, Kolossos Rhodes signed 22 year old Greek guard Thodoris Zaras and the American forward Robert Dozier.
Athens club AEK signed Torin Francis who has played in Greece before, for AE Larisa. Newly promoted Peristeri signed Greek-American college graduate Michael Bramos.
