Rytas Vilnius stood tall against Zalgiris Kaunas and closed the game on a 5-17 run to win the Final and claim the Lithuanian Cup (67-70).
Zalgiris Kaunas were in front by nine in the middle of the fourth quarter (62-53), yet Rytas were unstoppable in the last part of the match and went on a 5-17 run to seal the deal.
Chris Kramer led the winners with 15 points, with Artsiom Parakhouski adding 14 and Rok Stipcevic 13 points.
Marius Grigonis had 15 points for the losing squad, as Leo Westermann and Aaron White posted 11 points each.
