Unicaja Malaga announced that Jaime Fernandez will be sidelined for the next two months (at least), with a right foot injury.
Fernandez suffered a femoral biceps rupture during the quarter-final against Tenerife on Thursday (14/02). He will remain out of action for at least eight weeks and is expected to miss the rest of the EuroCup season.
Fernandez has been averaging 12 points, 4.6 assists and 2.6 rebounds in 15 EuroCup games in the season so far.
