Thanks to a 15-6 run in the final minutes of the game, Barcelona rallied past Valencia (86-79) and qualified to the semi-finals of the Copa Del Rey.
Valencia were in front by two in the middle of the fourth quarter (71-73), yet the “Blaugrana” improved their performance on both ends of the floor and closed the game on a 15-6 run to seal the deal (86-79).
Thomas Heurtel led the winners with a game-high 17 points, while Pau Ribas added 15. Ante Tomic contributed 14 points and eight rebounds for the Catalans and Adam Hanga posted 12.
On the other hand, Bojan Dubljevic had 13 points and five rebounds for the losing squad, with Will Thomas scoring 12.
Barcelona will face Tenerife in the semi-final on Saturday (16/02), with the latter defeating Unicaja Malaga (88-78).
