Jeremy Lin is about to complete a buyout to leave the Atlanta Hawks in order to join the Toronto Raptors, according to Adrian Wojnarowski.
The Raptors will be his 8th NBA team. The 30-year-old point guard is averaging 10.7 points and 3.5 assists per game for the Hawks this season.
