Spartak St Petersburg has announced the signing of the American playmaker Levance Fields. The contract is for two years with an option for a third.
Fields is 22 years old and comes fresh out of college and the NCAA where he played for the Pitsburg Panthers. He recently participated in Orlando Magic's summer league.
