CSKA Moscow and Real Madrid were victorious on Friday night and keep chasing league leaders Fenerbahce in the standings.

The Russians crushed Buducnost at home (99-69), thanks to a dominant performance in the second half.

The visitors remained competitive in the first half (28-20, 52-47), yet the hosts outscored them 47-22 in the last 20 minutes of the game and cruised to an easy victory.

Nando De Colo led the winners with 26 points, seven rebounds and seven assists, while Kyle Hines added 11 points and seven assists.

Daniel Hackett had 17 points for the Muscovites, with Sergio Rodriguez posting 14.

Norris Cole was the top scorer of the losing squad, with 11 points.

CSKA Moscow improved 16-5, whereas Buducnost dropped to 6-15.

Real Madrid endured the come-back of Darussafaka and defeated the Turks in Istanbul (82-86).

The defending champions took control from the opening tip and led by as many as 16 points (41-57) early in the second half.

They retained the lead until the end of the third quarter (59-72), but Darussafaka reacted and went on a 23-10 run to tie the game (82-82).

The “Whites” stood tall, though, and secured their victory in the final minutes of the game.

Trey Thompkins (15 points), Anthony Randolph (15 points) and Jaycee Carroll (12 points) were the best players of the winners.

Toney Douglas (27 points) and Jeremy Evans (18 points, 12 rebounds) stood out for the losing squad.

Real Madrid improved to 17-4, whereas Darussafaka dropped to 3-18.
