Nowitzki and Irving will serve as coaches in Rising Stars game

The Dallas Mavericks power forward Dirk Nowitzki will serve as honorary coach for the Team World in the NBA 2019 Rising Stars game, meanwhile, the Boston Celtics point guard Kyrie Irwing will serve as honorary coach for the Team USA.
