The Houston Rockets waived James Nunnally

According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, the Houston Rockets have waived swingman James Nunnally to create a roster spot for Kenneth Faried.

On August 8, 2018, Nunnally signed a two-year contract with the Minnesota Timberwolves, but on January 7, 2019, he was waived by the team. On January 16, 2019, the 28-year-old player agreed to a 10-day contract with the Houston Rockets.

This season, Nunnally averaged 2.4 points, 0.3 rebounds and 0.5 assists, while shooting at 35.3 percent from the floor in 6.8 minutes of action.
