About 10 days ago Greece was shocked by the escape of two of Greece's most wanted men, who 'flew' Athens' most secure prison using a helicopter, for the second time in three years. One of the men was Vassilis Paleokostas, a 'modern-day' Robin Hood in Greece.
Ever since the Greek police has literally been on a man-hunt all over Greece in order to recapture the convicts. What does that have to do with Savo Djikanovic you would wonder, and you would be probably right assuming it has nothing to do with the former Olympiacos player.
But it appears that about 40 Greek policemen thought that Vassilis Paleokostas was escaping the law disguised into a basketball player by adding 48 whole cm to his height and a bunch of muscles. So they stopped Trikala's player in a road block and arrested him on the National highway when he was returning from Athens International Airport. It took them over one hour to realise their mistake and release him.
