The Houston Rockets (25-18) beat the Memphis Grizzlies (19-24) at home 112:94 (24:29, 30:19, 33:22, 25:24).

James Harden posted 50-plus points for the third time this season and led the Rockets with a season-high 57 points (on 17/33 shooting, including 6/15 from three). In addition, he grabbed nine boards, dished out two assists, tallied two steals and blocked one shot.

Harden scored at least 30 points for the 17th consecutive game and passed Kobe Bryant’s record of 16.

Danuel House Jr. added 15 points, Gerald Green coming off the bench to poure in 14 points and six rebounds. Clint Capela, Chris Paul and Eric Gordon missed the game due to injuries.

Houston made 18 on 48 three-point attempts.

On the other hand, Mike Conley (seven assists with seven rebounds) and Garrett Temple contributed 14 points apiece, for the Grizzlies, Jaren Jackson Jr. and Omri Casspi both managed 12 points. Five Grizzlies finished in double digits.

Memphis made 10 on 22 three-point attempts.
