Carlos Delfino is expected to part ways with Fiat Torino, after the club’s vice president Francesco Forni accused him of “violent behavior”.

Here is what Forni told Basket Universo:

“There was a normal confrontation with the players who were put in front of their responsibilities after the loss to Sidigas Avellino. Delfino was the only one who didn’t want to accept criticism.

He had a behavior at the limit of violence towards me. Given his disproportionate reaction, we have decided to cut him immediately.”

The Italian team also parted ways with Larry Brown on Thursday (27/12), following the squad’s poor record in the EuroCup (0-10) and the Italian League (4-8).
