According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, the Houston Rockets have released Chinese center Zhou Qi.
The 22-year-old player was selected with the 43rd overall pick by the Houston Rockets in the 2016 Draft. During his NBA career, Zhou Qi played in just 19 games and was averaging 1.3 points, 1.2 rebounds, 0.1 assist and 0.7 block per game.
