Crvena Zvezda were victorious over Mega Bemax on the road (68-78) and continued their unbeaten streak in the ABA League.
Thanks to a 10-22 run in the second quarter, the visitors took a 17-point lead at halftime (25-42).
Even though they retained their double-digit advantage in the second half (47-64), they saw the hosts come back and cut the deficit to six (65-71), behind an 18-7 run of their own.
Yet, Zvezda stood tall and secured the win.
Stratos Perperoglou (17 points), Billy Baron (14 points) and Joe Ragland (13 points) were the best players for the winners.
On the other hand, Goga Bitadze had a game-high 23 points for the losing squad, while Branislav Ratkovica added 11.
Crvena Zvezda remained perfect in the standings (11-0), whereas Mega dropped to 7-4.
