Gran Canaria dominated Buducnost, extended its winning streak

Gran Canaria led by as many as 25 points in the game and defeated Buducnost (95-85) to claim its third straight win in the EuroLeague.

The hosts outscored their opponents 32-14 in the second quarter to take a 22-point lead at halftime (56-34).

Things didn’t change much later (75-50, 91-70), but the visitors went on a 0-15 run and cut the deficit to six (91-85). Yet, they ran out of time and were defeated.

Marcus Eriksson led the winners with 15 points, as four more players scored in double figures.

Edwin Jackson (15 points) and Alen Omic (12 points) stood out for the losing squad.

Gran Canaria earned their third straight win (5-7), whereas Buducnost lost for the ninth time this season (3-9).
