Poland dominated Italy in the first and the fourth quarter and claimed an easy victory (94-78) to come closer to the qualification to the World Cup.

Poland made a great start to the game (31-18) and took control from the opening tip. Italy attempted to react (52-41, 73-65), but the hosts played very well in the fourth quarter and outscored their opponents 21-13 to cruise to an easy victory at home.

Five players scored in double figures for the winners, with Maciej Lampe and Mateusz Ponitka having 22 and 18 points, respectively.

On the other hand, Pietro Aradori and Awudu Abass posted 13 points apiece for the losing squad.

Poland improved to 6-4, whereas Italy dropped to 7-3 and missed the opportunity to advance to the World Cup.
