Buducnost remained winless in the EuroLeague

Zalgiris Kaunas outscored Buducnost 15-24 in the third quarter and escaped from Podgorica with a big victory (60-72).

Brandon Davies had a game-high 20 points for the winners, with Nate Wolters adding 10 points and six assists.

On the other hand, only Alen Omic scored in double figures for the losing squad (16 points, six rebounds), which suffered its sixth straight loss in the competition (0-6).

Although they were down by three in the first quarter (15-18), the hosts managed to tie the game at halftime (33-33).

The visitors, though, enhanced their overall performance and earned a nine-point lead, after 30 minutes in the game (48-57), thanks to a 15-24 run.

Buducnost played very badly offensively later and couldn’t turn things around. Consequently, they were defeated for another match (0-6). For their part, Zalgiris improved to 3-3.
