Historic Serbian club Crvena Zvezda is close to bankruptcy. Zvezda ows big ammounts of money not only to their players, but also to managers and other clubs.
Marko Keselj, Lazar Radosavljevic, Nemanja Nedovic and Elmedin Kikanovic have already left the club as they have not been paid for a very long time.
Zvezda is expected to declare banruptcy soon and have a temporary management installed by Serbian justice.
Crvena Zvezda’s trophycase features 15 Championships, 5 Cups and 1 Saporta Cup while names like Drazen Dalipagic, Milan Gurovic, Sasa Obradovic, Vladimir Radmanovic, Igor Rakocevic, Predrag Stojakovic, Dragan Tarlac, Omar Cook, Scoonie Penn and Andrew Wisniewski have competed in the red-white jersey among others.
