The defending champion Golden State Warriors (2-1) were beaten by the Denver Nuggets (3-0) on the road (98-100).

In the fourth quarter, the Warriors had the 13-point deficit, but made a comeback and had a chance to equalize the result at the end of the game, but the last Damian Jones’s lay-up was blocked by Juancho Hernangomez from behind just before the buzzer.

For the winners, Gary Harris posted a team-high 28 points, on 11-of-20 shooting, including 2-of-9 from three, Nikola Jokic poured 23 points, on shooting 7-of-14 from the field and 9-of-12 from the free-throw line, he also grabbed 11 boards and made 6 assists.

On the other hand, Stephen Curry added 30 points and made 6 assists, on 6-of-16 shooting from the 3-point range, Kevin Durant managed 20 points, 11 rebounds with 7 assists, while shooting 7-of-19 from the floor, Klay Thompson scored 15 points.
