PGE Turow Zgorzelec inked Willie Deane and Michael Wright. Both players are known for their Euroleague and Eurocup appearances.
29-year old Willie Deane started last season with Zalgiris, but in January he moved to Bulgaria to join Lukoil Academic. With Zalgiris he played five games in the Euroleague, averaging 3.2 points, 1 rebound and 1 assist. He had posted better numbers with Lukoil Academic in the 2007-2008 edition of the ULEB Cup having 18.5 ppg, 4.1 apg, 5.8 apg and 2.4spg.
Michael Wright competed with Turk Telekom Ankara last season having 14.6 points and 5 rebounds in average in 10 Eurocup games. In 2006-2007 he appeared in the Euroleague in the jersey of Pau Orthez, being one of the most efficient forwards of the league with 15.1 points and 5.1 rebounds.
