Although Dynamo Moscow is facing great financial difficulties they managed to extend the contract of the Russian National Team captain Sergey Monya.
Monya has already spent three season playing for Dynamo, after returning from NBA and he agreed to remain in the club, mainly because he did not want to move as he has become a father for the second time recently.
Last season Monya averaged 8 points and 4.8 rebounds per game in 46 games in all the competitions Dynamo took part in, Russian League and Cup and Eurocup.
Dynamo is rumoured to be in a $10.000.000 debt and this was the main reason behind their decision to have an all-Russian roster for next season.
