Thanks to the victory of Panathinaikos over Gran Canaria at home (102-87), Xavi Pascual earned his 200th win and made history.
The Catalan coach joined an exclusive list of EuroLeague coaches with 200 career wins this century. Pascual became the third coach to reach that number, after Zeljko Obradovic (275) and Ettore Messina (224).
The experienced coach has claimed 160 victories with Barcelona and 40 with Panathinaikos. At the same time, he has lost only 80 times, so his winning percentage is at 71.4%.
