According to sport-fm.gr, the Greek club Panionios is trying to sign the Slovenian center Uros Slokar after losing their main target, Drago Pasalic, to newly promoted Obradoiro of Spain.
It is reported that the two sides are already in contact and even though it seems difficult for a player of Slokar's caliber to join Panionios, the club's management is optimistic.
The Slovenian international played for Fortitudo Bologna last season and eventhough he had a contract for the upcoming season, he was released as the club was relegated to amateur divisions.
