Eyenga and Tomas will stay in DKV Joventut

ImageDKV Joventut, a club famous for its youth developement will keep two of their future stars for three more seasons. Both Pere Tomas and Christian Eyenga agreed to stay in the Catalan club for the next three seasons.

Pere Tomas joined the club youth team at the age of 14 and last season he had 31 appearances for Joventut coming off the bench. At the moment he is representing Spain in the U20 European Championship in Rhodes, Greece.

The Mallorca born player has already several achievements with the club having won the Copa del Rey and ULEB Cup.

Christian Eyenga, another great prospect renewed his contract, also for three seasons, rejecting an offer from Cleveland Cavaliers. The Congolese born player joined DKV Joventut in 2007 and played for the club's affiliate in 2nd division, CB Prat Joventut. where he averaged 13.3 ppg and 6 rpg last season.
